Many of us including managers get confused about the “role of managers” in developing technical agility of their teams. When we delve deeper, we often find that managers do not seem to believe they have a role in it, and consequently they do not provide enough attention to develop the technological savviness, a critical leadership competency. It has a deep connection with enabling technical agility in the teams.

In this 60 mins webinar, JP will attempt to define a leadership competency called “Developing technological savviness” and explain its deep relationship with nurturing technical agility of teams. Delving into his own personal journey in developing technological savviness individually, JP would attempt to share how he helped some of the managers develop theirs.
